My first double digit day EVER!!

Day 10!! This is the first time in 4 years I have ever been able to say that and man, does it feel good!! I slept like s*@t last night but that's ok! I've been sleeping pretty well the past couple nights so I can live with being restless last night, I think its cuz I didn't have my cup of tea b4 bed. I feel really good today, amazed & proud that I've made it this far. I've been taking the St. Johns Wart and some other vitimans daily... Weird that I'm still "popping pills" haha, but these pills are actually helping me and my body! Plus I really think just the act of taking pills somewhat eases that pill craving. The mental thing has been a bit struggle so I know I have to figure out my aftercare plan. I got my Rosary yesterday so that should help me a bit when I'm struggling. This site has been amazing in my recovery!!! I am so thankful to have found it and the posting has been a blessing. Knowing your not alone out there helps fight the battle!! way to go!!!  I know I was shocked when I got some time behind me. Glad you're feeling good today!!  Hey just a suggestion .  Read a few pages of your bible alone with that rosery. There is power in the word.  Congrats on day 10

Congrats to you, I'm right there with about Day 10 and just went for a run( a very very slow  run :) It felt great to feel that cold air pumping though my lungs. W/ds have subsided greatly now it seems to be all mental. Tonight its a bath and good dinner. Thanks to everyone who come here and talks, simply amazing!!!!

A huge congrats to you! I knew we could do this. 10 for you and 12 for me...shoutin from the rooftops!! Today was the first day for me w/o any cravings. it helped that i wasn't home all day i'm sure. Aftercare went well today too. Try to get a game plan in place for that kiddo. I thnk we all need it to be sucessful.Again so proud of you. have a bad sinus infection so i am actually heading to bed. 10 days.......wooooooooohooooooooo!  Congratulations!  I'm rite behind ya going into day 8.  This day 7 has been the turn, fog has lifted, good sleep last night, and not one mental craving for 16 hours!  Woke up this morning and wanted food not pills!  I can't wait till day 10.  I've done it once in 2 years(made it to 21)!  I'm with you on the support from everyone here, it's been a god send again for me!
