day one

I had 1 pill left  yesterday around noon and that's the last of them...
Sooooo I'm on the couch freezing, trying to make myself get up & move but have no motivation! I've been taking hydro 10/325 for about 2 yrs now usually 5~8 per day.
Last night was probably the worst night of sleep I've ever had, I guess I'm here for support. I can't continue to live the way that I have!!! I'm a stay at home mother of three great kids & I feel terrible for doing this to them, myself & my husband.
My husband is very supportive, but being home all day alone has to be the hardest part of the w/d so far! Nobody knows about my problem, and I don't want to reach out to family and friends...

I've done that too. Just get a few more & make them last...HA!  I know now that I have been lying to myself for quite sometime now. I already want to run out and get just one so I can do "something", heck anything!
I can't let myself do it this time. I'm determined to be a better mother & wife. Ya know, last year was so bad I can honestly say that christmas is a big blur....I want to remember every second with my kids!
Remind me of that tomorrow... Lord knows I'm going to need to hear it.

Ok I will! I think we will always want to get just one for the energy. But we just have to remember why we quit and what we have to go through to get over the withdrawals!!

I know that I don't EVER want to go through this again! When you want to get more, remember what you are going through today. That is what is keeping me from getting more.

Don't worry, this will pass! Our families are worth it!

Sure makes me feel like there's a light somewhere at the end of this tunnel!
I'm really trying hard to stay optimistic.... Isn't as easy as I thought. Lol

Don't let the addiction win again. If you need someone to talk to, I'll be here, ok?
: ) You'll be feeling better before you know it! A lot of it is psychological too, remember that! Everything is going to be ok.

Awww : ) Oh yes!! It would be nice if we could just sleep through it!
But I think God wants us to go through the withdrawals so we won't want to start taking them again! It's also a wakeup call to help us turn to Him for help ; )
