Sounds like you need some good support and a plan. Maybe you could try switching your doctor- someone who can give you more options?
I have very little room to give anyone any advice, but here is just an idea. I too am on the patch amongst other things.
The Mylan brand patch can be cut. U cud cut a sliver off every other or every 3rd patch

Book yourself into a rehab/detox facility. Fentanyl addiction is very VERY serious and detoxing yourself could be life threatening. You need to do it under medical supervision today. Do that and come out on the other end and you will live again :)
No I've asked if there was anything else I could go on and was told no. They do not know about the extra 5 I get only about the 15. But it seems to be never enough. I hate it
