had enough
I am taking over 300the tramadahl a month and also about 10 or hydros a day whenever i can get them. I so badly want to quit. I want a normal life for me and my family. I spend money we dont have and pawn things we do. Its depressing and i dont want to lose my family. Someone please help me through this. Also god be with each and everyone of you.

You have taken the first step by admitting you have a problem and seeking help.
Have you tried Methadone? I dont know what tramadahl is-is it also an opiate?
Methadone helped me tremendously-one of the main reasons is that it blocks the high that opiates provide-it also helps tremendously with withdrawal....One drawback is methadone itself is very tough to get off. If you do go on it-make sure you have plenty of time to taper off of it. Expect to be on the program at least a year....some people stay on for life.

This place is a great start. Getting clean will take a lot of willpower. It sounds like your main motivation is lack of money. Personally, that was my motivation. You will need a plan and the items listed above. Prepare for 3 to 4 days of being a little sick, nothing unmanageable. And if you happen to fail, pick right back up and try again. Sadly, we all relapse, but my 3 relapses made me stronger each time. You have to learn what triggers your addiction and find ways to deal with those triggers sober. Best of luck.
welcome!! you have found a wonderful site with great people on here!! they are all willing to help you!! i'm new to being clean....12 days....we can help you thru WDs.....are you planning to go CT? if so you can scroll to the bottom right corner and read the THomas recipe....it has some great stuff there....just know we are here for you and will help in any way we can....hot hot baths are wonderful with epsom salt.....imodium for bathroom trouble....gatorade....ensure...soupe....bananas.....and vit B12 sublingual seems to be helping me....give us little more info so we can help you thru this..we are here for you!! keep posting and keep coming back...this site literally got me thru worst of WDs
