If your in day 4 or 5 mommy, the sweats will be hanging around for a few more days. At one point I was soaking 4 and 5 t-shirts a night.
Back in August,, when I went three weeks without meds before having to backtrack due to surgery/nerve complications, I started sleeping without a t-shirt as them getting soaked, then my sheets and pillow, was driving me crazy..And once they got damp, it made what limited sleep I was getting even more difficult..
The no pajama's or t-shirt approach seemed to help as whenever I would start to feel like I was overheating, I would uncover and let the heat dissapate..It helped a bunch..I still had dampness in my hair on the back of my neck, but for that I kept a towel draped on my pillow and an extra one by the bed should the one get too damp.. But in regard to the body sweats on my chest and lower back,,they subsided quite a bit.To the point my sheets stayed relatively dry or lets say tolerable.

Its worth a try..You should have noticible improvement by the end of the weekend..After about day 7 or 8, you should really be able to feel change to the better happening on a daily basis. The anxiety type feeling will still be hounding you, but jumping straight into the shower first thing in the morning, then making some continuous busy work for yourself during the day helps a bunch..

Try not to allow yourself to sit still for too long either so as to not allow your mind to dwell in how ugly this process feels..Short periodical walks do wonders......The shower btw helps get rid of the nagging headachy feeling as well...

Hang in there. Your right on the verge of things turning for the better...
