Hope all is well

I truly miss everyone on here and I hope that I can return to my friends when I get out of this slump.  The depression and mania have really been sending me on a ride over the last month or so as well as events that have tranpired over that time.
I can't change what has happened over the last month or so but I should have taken some valuable advise...
Don't get into a relationship for a while (I was in one before I even left treatment)
Focus on yourself (I still worry about others around me)
Socialize (There is a balance between taking care of yourself and socializing that is hard for me to find)
That's about it.  I guess I have done more right than wrong but the things I did wrong (especially the relationship) are still having an impact on me to this day.
Anyway, for some life gets better and easier when you get clean.  For some it just gets easier but not better.  For me it has gotten better but not easier.  I am still in the military and will be for a while and that is hard because I really want to be out.  I am being retired for the PTSD and worsening of the bipolar but intil they retire me out I have to stay perfect.  I just really want to live my life.  I have given too much to addiction and the military.

Hey there
You have been missed on the forum but it's very important for you to take care of yourself.  Hopefully, you can find the answer to your bipolar disorder.  It's a shame with all that they have learned about it that they can't help you.
Please realize that you are very important and so worth it.
