i am currently detoxing from pain medication. I am seeking help in the marion county area. Detox center specifically that will take someone who has basically no money and offers methadone or suboxone tapering. I am very sick with nearly every symptom I read about online.

My daily dose of oxycodone has been between 150mg and 300mg a day, for over a year, whichever I could afford.

HI ....you can do this without a detox center if all your looking for is something to ease the withdrawals sub and methadone come with there own vises your best of just going threw the withdrawals your in then taking on something a lot stronger thats going to be harder to come off of if you been reading here you should know it only going to be about 4 days till you start to feel better now its longer for some but usually the physical part is over in about 4 days
what day are you on now ?? a lot of people come here looking for a get out of jail free card
and one dose not exist your best off just tuffing it out....try a hot bath to help with your symptoms keep reading the post you will get threw this keep posting for support good luck and God bless......Gnarly

  Im pretty sure your in fl and so am I. I wish I had a place to tell you to go too. I would have went myself. I got one week clean with out any opiates at all. I almost died from methadone and suboxone you still have wds and the lasted longer for me. I relapsed after 6 weeeks and jumped back in for two. Hopefully your doses werent to high. Ive heard it can be unsafe to just quit. Ive done it 3 or 4 times but tried to ween myself down. In my opinion the best way of opiates is not taking any opiates at all. One week and youll be back on track. Im not a doc. Posting here helped me alot. You can do it without putting another type of pill in your body. It hard but you can do it.

Not sure where Marion County is but I am very sorry for what you are going through.  Have you been on one of these opioids for a long time?  How much have you been taking?  Perhaps you could give us some more information - there is a lot of support, knowledge and encouragement here - and most everyone can relate to what you are going through.  My fiance and I detoxed from methadone .... it is ruthless - as many others are aware - suboxone is not much better for some.
