someone please help

I was on day 9 of being clean. I get prescribed perc. But I stopped taking everything because the 180 a month only lasted me a week. Clearly a problem.. I broke down and just took 2 Vicodin its what I had in the house. I should have got rid of them. I do suffer from chronic back pain. I have a smashed disc in my back. I feel so dumb. But motrin was not working today. My question is. My physical withdrawals I just went through. Is it all gonna start over again?? Or can I keep going and it'll be like it has the last few days?? The last few days were just back pain and a little fatigue. Am I in for another hellashish ride?

I was 28 days clean and my back pain got the best of me, I called and made an appt and went in and the Dr set me up to have back injections and it did help a lot. I used 5 vicoden during the time I was waiting to get the injections and then went right off them again. I think I set myself back a day but the only thing I noticed was my thoughts, I wanted a vicoden again but I knew my Dr now knew and my husband kept telling me I was doing good I didn't need the pill.  I didn't and I am 16 days clean  again. I don't even want a vicoden, I still have a mild back ache and I just use asprin. I don't even go for a vicoden, just the asprin.

you werent fully over the withdrawals yet so taking those perks are going to set you back. everyone is different but having any meds or contacts arent not gonna help. you need to lose all contact with any thing associated with drugs. there are other things you can use for your chronic back pain. you would have to go to your doctor and be truthful with them. let them know you got addicted to them so they wont prescribe you narcotics, many people are different when it comes to withdrawals. but chances are you have set your self back a few days with just those 2 pills. the physical part of an addiction isnt as hard as the mental and esp with having a real back problem like that its not going to be easy. you need to get a support system and tell your doctor, i wish you the best of luck and stay strong!
