Tough position to be in. IMHO you can decide what percentage you want to reduce by each time, say 5% to ?%. Do some Internet research about this.
THEN, stay with your reduced dose a minimum of X weeks. Sorry I can't be more specific. My wife kept me at a level for two months. More Internet research and soul searching for this decision.
ONCE YOU DECIDE ON A PLAN DO NOT VARY FROM IT AT ALL.
Then ultimately pick a point to jump off and cold turkey. Hope I don't get into trouble with the forum, but this is what I would do.
This ain't easy, many people post here about not being able to do this. Read their posts to see why they failed. Some people here have succeeded at this. Also read their posts.
The forum members will support you in your efforts and give you what for like they do me when I am full of BS

totally identify with your situation. My oxycodone levels were a little lower than yours. Was your Roxy for pain management? Did you take them as prescribed? (dependent) Or were you out of control? (addict behavior)
In any case, as high a dose that you are on, get your doctor in the loop and see if he can assist with a taper plan. We are not allowed to post specific taper plans.
Lots of "How to" info on this site about c/t. I won't repeat it.
I did taper for a while with my wife's help. It helps alot to have a trusted friend, family member, somebody very reliable to hold and dole out pills on a taper. Its just too easy to "start the taper over tomorrow"
Great decision to come here, lots of knowledgeable people who also are compassionate about others.
