exercise..yoga being one of the best for pain...but a cardio workoput or walk each day being the best for energy/moods/ and endorphin release helps more than the aminos///they work together...got get the brain working with exercise and force it to produce endorphins...yoga can do this...a walk can do this...whatever exercise u can tolerate that gets u going will work...riding a stationary bike usually does not aggravate any back condition..tho knees can be bothered..gotta find what works for u

I am asking the same questions... ugh..... we are taking the 1st steps, I am new here today, and as you can tell, i am feeling my way through this with help from this site. Just got back from a walk, dont feel like it, but push my self, I have recentlky had back surgery, so walking is good for that too, just painful, but pian is what got me to this mess. Sorry to be so long, nice to see someone else understands, Can someone help us with this question.
For me it was quick, 24 hours I started feeling better.
