Hello there I am back had some hard times w/my weight lose gained back some and just getting back have lost a pound since Friday so hopefully can keep it up, really been having a hard time w/my eating working out I have been great just not my food so I am working on that this week, still not doing great but better
(starting weight) Day 1- 06/27/11 Weigh in was 226.8 lbs
Day 2 - 06/28/11: I weighed in at 223.4 lbs
Loss 3.4
Day 3 - 06/29/11: I weighed in at 220 lbs
another 3.4 lb loss
Day 4 - 06/30/11: I weighed in at 219.4 lbs
Loss of .06 lbs
Day 5- Cycle 1 FL4I : 07/01/11: I weighed in at 218.4 lbs
Loss of 1 lb
Day 6- Cycle 1 FL4I: 07/02/11: I weighed in at 216.4 lbs
Loss of 2 lbs
Day 7 - Cycle 1 FL4I: 07/03/11: I weighed in at 215.4
Loss of 1 lb
Total for 7 days on diet is : LOST 11.4 lbs
Not many post on your Sunday weigh-in's?
My weigh in is - 1.6 lbs, i was down 4 lbs but to reward myself i had Mcdonalds for breakfast and gained some of it back. I am gonna have to quit doing that LOL, but with me working nights it is kinda hard to keep on a good eating schedule.
I had company and never logged onto the computer but I did remember to weigh yesterday morning. I lost 1 pound. That's not what I wish I would lose, but it is better than nothing.
I gained this week - but today I am starting the Fat Loss For Idiots diet plan - so am hopeful for a good loss next Sunday :)
Congratulations to everyone who managed to post a loss this week. And for those of us who gained, I guess we have our work cut out, don't we?
Rachellle - it all depends, sometimes we have a good turnout, other times, not. Not everyone weighs on Sunday, so there may be more posts over the next few days.
eh i'm still at 148..i've done aerobics n walked and has been getting around more during the days but like barb said its been a busy week. i've been keeping my eating to a healthy state i'd say but it seems like my weight hasnt been budging to go down or n e thing...i have found that i have more energy lately so kudos to that! :D
My weigh in for 7/10/2011 is - 2 lbs, i am starting the fat loss 4 idoits today so lets see how the weight loss is for next sunday
