I'm scared to do a HIV test I met someone online

I met someone online we had protected sex in June 5 months after I start having itch dark spots over my body it turned out to be scabies now its seven months now after sex I'm feeling cold on my throat and running nose I'm so scared to do a HIV test

You don't have HIV.  You aren't having symptoms of HIV.  You need to forget about this event and work with your doctor to find out what is causing your symptoms.  It is NOT HIV.

Protected sex is not  a risk for HIV.  Condom protects.  The only way to get hiv is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetrating) or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, nothing you write of is at all related to HIV.  Scabies have nothing to do with it or any of your throat and runny nose issues.  No risk of HIV here.

Just  not sire if the condom break or anything
Im not scratching but i still have the dark spots all over my body
You would know if the condom broke  It's a catastrophic event that is very noticeable.  You will not be the first person in history to get HIV from oral sex.  You do not have HIV.
