Do I have herpes?

Hi,

I had protected sex with a Thai escort in December last year. Unprotected oral was received, no signs of a sore. Three days ago I now have these spots on the head of my penis, which are very sensitive. They are just dots and have not ulcered, it does not hurt to pee but just feels strange down there. http://tinypic.com/r/1044zdt/9

Do you think the dots are herpes?

We don't look a pictures. I would suggest youget them looked at by your dr or a dermatologist. Herpes on the head is rare and uless the condom broke it wasn't from the sex. It would most likely would have been from the oral. Here is the problem though. Hsv initial outbreak especially hsv1 would be very noticable and within a week or so. Not three months later. Also first outbreak usually comes with nasty flu like symptoms such as fever, swollen lymph nodes and body aches. I doubt they are hsv lesions but being seen is the best thing you can do.
Hope this helps
