Worried if I have oral herpes

Okay so I have had two tiny ulcers and a small spot above my mouth and also a pimple like spot is growing on my nose, but it is also winter in the UK here and very cold so what could this be??

Most often herpes sores are on the lips so i would not be concerned your ulcers are herpes but if your sexually active do have a blood test for the protection of future partners for oral hsv.

Now glands are sore and seem like they're going to be swollen and apparently these are the early stages of oral herpes
