In grown hair or STD/HPV?

I've been sexually active for over a year now (I am 18) and realized I've never had any STD screenings. About 10 and a half months ago I had sex with a guy who I recently found out had sex with 38 girls before having sex with me...after checking around my genitals, I noticed a single, very small wart looking blemish. It's on the inner area of my thigh, fairly close to my groin (basically where a pants crease would meet the underwear. Niether he or I have been vaccinated for the HPV shot, but we did use a condom during intercourse. Could this potentially be and STD or is it more likely an in grown hair? Thanks.
