continued discomfort clear discharge pain after urination

Lately i have been having a clear discharge after urination as well as after an erection arises and subsides without ejaculation as well as during defecation. Now i did research and  found out that most of this seems to be precum prostate fluid all that. I had a blood test to check for any infection etc nothing was found testing for chlamydia as well as Gonnorhea once again negative. Then i realize a tiny red bump on the entry to the meatus. I went to a urologist and he zapped it off it has returned and my penis burns after urination as well during ejaculation. I have had unprotected sex a while ago i do not anymore. I have been tested for alot of stds and the urologist as well as a walk in clinic doc says it is not an STD. This is great info but it does not solve the problem of burning/uncomfortable feeling after urination. The pain is worse when i have to force a stool and a little urine escapes. It almost feels like the urine is stuck in the tube. Also when i press on the bottom part of the the penis along the whole shaft a pain is sent through my penis. It also hurts to pinch the ip like a stinging feeling like there is a bite or something in there. Once again my doctor said he does not think it is warts. But this pain has disappeared and returned several times over a year and they still have no explanation for me. Please help. Also my semen has kidn of greenish tint to it. Can a prostate infection be the cause for all of this?

Look sorry but have you been checked out for a simple URTI, this can give you that feeling of burning, and do as you said, I know as I have had it, theres 2 ways out of it one is antibiotics from your doctor, or its down to cranberry juice, and or Garlic and Cayenne, chop dow lots of Garlic clove and mix in tomato paste, add in lots of cayenne powder mix in and thin down with olive oil, take 3 small spoonfuls 3 times a day for 7 days should do the trick.
That should get rid of your burning and then back to the keduals.

I have been doing the kegels or whatever where you flex it but would that really effect a burning feeling?

Hi madcow, this sounds like a PC problem, its the muscile that controls your urine and stops it, and its the same muscile that pumps your sperm out, its weak and needs rebuilding up, so you can either find and exercise for PCs or keduals, just go to pegym and there you will find just how to do the exercise you need to do.
