Nervous what this could mean

I have a almost gnawing pain in my lower right abdomen that radiates under my hip and sometimes it aches in different places in that area.. Sometimes I think I have a little pain when ovulating.  Sometimes I think it is in my lower right back where I can feel 2 fatty fibroids-at least that is what I think they are back there. I am 40 now so for a while there I just thought I was feeling regular aches and pain and gas pains. But it has got worse lately to the point where I am getting scared. I am constantly looking up symptoms.. It just so happens I have been trying to get insurance coverage for the last year and I finally did but I haven't got the ID cards in the mail. I thought maybe at one point I had some sort of infection. I had a vaginal ultra sound last spring when we did some fertility testing and all they saw was a partially blocked right fallopion tube. But that shouln't be causing so much discomfort. It seems after a nights rest it feels less achy and then get's worse as the day goes on and if I have to sit in certain positions too long. I constantly feel like I have to adjust positions to get comfortable...almost to like release some pressure on something that is tender down there. Nothing is wrong at all on my left side. I never feel anything in my left side. But my right hip hurts too and it sometimes feels like it radiates down my leg and sometimes it honestly feels like if I were to let a bunch of gas out I would feel better and sometimes I actually do feel a little relief when I do. ( I know this sound gross).  I feel better when I am up walking around--and I have still been able to go out and do my 2 mile fast walk although I still feel like something is down there when I walk-almost bouncing like. But can still go to the bathroom fine I think. My periods are longer than they use to be by a couple of days but they are also usually only 24 days in my cycle compared to 28 days my whole life. But I am almost 41 and when I did fertility testing my FHS levels were really bad...my eggs are just old and I would never be able to concieve on my own. So what I am trying to explain is that..I think I may be in early menopause and that could be what is making my periods longer and shorter cycles.  I don't bleed any other time of the month. Sometimes I feel like my whole right lower pelvic area front and back has a burning sensation when I sit in certain positions ( like Indian Style sitting on my bed typing on my laptop). I am going to try and make an appointment as soon as possible. But could all this be a lot simpler of an issue than cancer? Because I am really scared. Thank You for your help.

I also wanted to add that  the first of this started about 6 months ago. It felt the same for the first few months so I thought it was just female aches and pains and I slipped over Christmas and I thought I strained a muscle in my hip and lower back and so that is what I attributed those pains to. Now I almost feel like it is just one big area that aches and throbs but in certain places at certain times.  My mother is 69 and my Grandmother's lived in to their late 80's.

Also, I don't really feel any pain when I press down on my own pelvis. It's more like I feel the pain when  sitting in certain positions or laying on my side or back too longhave a almost gnawing pain in my lower right abdomen that radiates under my hip and sometimes it aches in different places in that area.
