Wondering if anyone here knows anything about the law...? I'm tired of my baby daddy just being high all the time and selling it and growing it etc. what can I do about this? I'm sick of it. I definitely don't want my daughter to have a father like that.

Honestly I would say if you're not together in a relationship don't live together you have your own place just move forward without him in your life. You said that the problem is he hasn't done anything for your daughter like bought anything yet but honestly that's something that he will have to grow and decide to do on his own all you can do for that is put him on child support. If and when he try to get custody with the record he already has and the proof you have I highly doubt a judge will give him custody and if he ask for visitation most likely he will only be allowed supervised viso if you push for it especially with his record. I'm only saying this because if you go forward with getting police involved you never know what he may tell them you did say you havesmoked before and done cocaine I'm sure its been a while ago but what I don't want you to go thru is both of you getting in trouble and your baby getting taken away and I only say this because I have seen it happen to friends and family. So just think about everything I said.

Okay shawna, you're missing the point. I keep saying weed isn't the problem. How do I put this? Served 10 years in the corps. Discharged for a drug pop. Instead of doing better. He did worse. I left him because of it. Went to the hospital in pain. I found out I was 2 months pregnant. We were separated then for a month and a half. Never got back. Now going going on 4 1/2 months pregnant. Still not together. Hasn't helped me in anything. I've bought the crib, diapers, clothes, car seat, bassinet, stroller, and other little things. All he's done is smoke and party and drink and treat me like crap because he's incoherent. Weed is NOT the problem. The problem is that his child does NOT come FIRST. I refuse to "rat" him out but it's for the sake of my daughter. If your baby daddy can make amends. Good for you. This man can't even function without weed. Can't sleep without it. Can't nothing without it. Therefore, why would I wait to see if he changes the day my daughter comes back to me smelling like pot? Why would I like it get to that point? I am perfectly fine with weed. If it does NOT have to do with my daughter. It's easier said than done to say just block him out. Yes. I can do that. But when she's here and he wants custody? Then what? I spent my pregnancy alone paying for everything and going up and down the motions while he partied and enjoyed himself? So I can say, oh here your daughter, NOW you can be responsible?

Wow. Weed isn't even.that big of deal. Don't snitch on him, just cut him out of your and your Babys life.
My boyfriend grew, sold and smoked weed when we first got 2gether. I knew his bad habbits before I laid down with him. And my boyfriend trust me not to tell people.
though this year, he.gree one, and.he not selling,  nor does he smoke it much. But either way, I would never rat him out. Besides, you'd get into.just as much trouble because I knew about.it and waited so long to say anything.
So your best bet is to cut him out and if he has a problem.tell him you don't want your baby around that stuff
My boyfriend and I already came to an agreement that he will not smoke weed around our baby. And hes finr with that.

Keep everything to prove your case when and if he trys to fight for custody . He is an unfit parent and if you have the evidence you say you have than you can prove that in court .
