Sorry if this question is similar to my previous one, but I was hoping to get another opinion.
6 weeks after my last potential exposure (brief unprotected oral), I had a urine test done for chlamydia and gonorrhoea. I was instructed to not urinate for two hours before the test, which I made sure to do.
My worry is with minor penile discharge. If I mistakenly wiped the discharge off the tip of my penis prior to urinating, would this potentially give me a false negative? Or is the urine test targeting the cells on the inside of the urethra, so the discharge on the outside would be irrelevant?
Thanks a lot
