Risk for STD?

Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a woman I met just that night. The sex lasted a couple of minutes and I did not ejaculate inside of her. I began freaking out that night and the next day and scheduled an apt to get some STD work done. Basically, I was told to wait a couple of weeks before actually getting any tests done. That was before I started noticing things in my body. Roughly 5 days after my encounter I was driving and I started to feel pressure on my bladder. Prior to the pressure I guess I would notice any kind of tingling or sensation inside my penis that I probably wouldn't notice before (urethral awareness?). Was it my mind playing tricks on me? Or is it something serious? Anyway, the pressure would come and go over the next few days. It doesn't burn or feel irritated when I urinate either. It's like urinating is my only way of relief. I limited my caffeine and alcohol intake and I was feeling fine for the next few days. Fast forward to thursday (3/10) and the pressure started again. I drank a lot of cranberry juice and urinated a lot, but still no burning. The next day I drove another 3 hours and again, the pressure was there. But the moment I got out of my car and urinated, the pressure was gone, but only to come back again a while later. I ended up having an apt on the 12th and they tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. They even took a swab of my urethra but the Dr. said there was nothing unusual. I'm honestly freaking out because I just want to know what, if anything, it is. I'm going to call an urologist tomorrow morning for an apt as well because the Dr. told me the pressure on the bladder is strange. But basically I feel pressure on my bladder that is greatly emphasized when I sit for long durations. I have NO burning or irritation when I urinate. There are times when I do notice something feeling weird in my urethra/down there, but again this is emphasized when sitting. Thoughts?

Well, today hasn't been fun at all. I have an apt tomorrow with a urologist just to rule out UTIs and what not. But today I have had a few chills and I seem to notice my gential area a lot more. It just feels like something is wrong. There isn't any redness unless I touch it a lot or rub it, but it is sort of this tingling sensation. It's almost like something is going on down there and is just waiting to come up. I'm honestly freaking out. I know it's too soon to take an accurate HSV test but I really am having a hard time waiting. I guess all I can do is wait another week or two before I get a HSV test, unless symptoms show up sooner. But so far it's been 15 days since possible exposure and my only symptoms are bladder pressure with lots of sitting and this weird sensation in my genital area that is tough to pinpoint and describe. I keep looking online at symptoms for STDs and what not, and I fear that I'm giving myself massive anxiety. I'll get results from the urology wednesday or thursday and results from chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after saturday (no news is good news). So other than that I have to just wait and wait...unless actual symptoms show up. God I hope I don't have herpes...

I'm still waiting for the test results to come back - I'll know by the end of the week.
