We need the reference ranges for each of the tests. Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your mother's own report.
I see the TPOab at 60. What it is "thyro anti" - is that Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGab)? Also what is "comp thyro" and "tg-ria"? Are those the terms used on the lab report?
from labcorp
tpo 60 <34
thyro anti 19.6 =1.0
tg-ria 8.0 no ref
tpo 60 <34
thyro anti 19.6 <0.90
t4 direct 0.56 0.82-1.77
Looking at the T4 direct and TSH, I'd guess that your mother has hypothyroidism, most likely caused by Hashimoto's as may be determined by the TPOab of 60 with a range of < 34, though TPOab at that level can be present in other conditions, as well.
Please explain what the "thyro anti" is... that's not a term we see and could an abbreviation for several different things. You have it listed twice and I don't understand the first one "thyro anti 19.6 = 1.0". Looking at the second posting, I'd say "thyro anti" is probably Thyroglobulin Antibodies with a result of 19.6 and range of < 0.90. Please confirm.
Also what is the "tg-ria"? That's, typically, Radioi-immunoassay, which measures Thyroglobulin levels. Has your mother had her thyroid removed or is cancer suspected?
What's the lab range for the T3?
Sorry to keep asking so many questions, but thyroid issues can be complicated and I don't want to tell you the wrong things, based on assumptions. You have to be specific, so I'm sure I know exactly what you're talking about.
Can you please tell us what symptoms your mother is experiencing and what prompted these tests?
