Lol... that's what I have decided to do was not talk to him about it. If he says something to me about it I just tell him "at least I'm doing something about my weight and not complaining about it." He just giggles and say "true" and walks off. This morning I got him to do one workout with me before he went to work. He seems to be in a better mood since he had done the workout. So in hoping he will continue to do it. :)
Lol I was in the same boat u r in. My husband complained too. This is what I did. At the first if January I weighted in at 144, I started p90x. I worked out in front of him and on day 4 he did a workout with me it was Really fun. He didn't do anything the next two days but I didn't ask him or talk about it to him. And today day 7 he came home and asked me if WE was going to workout today. I just responded yes we r. And if he doesn't I am not going to say anything I am still going to do my workout bc if he wants it he need to do it himself. It never helped me to talk to my husband about his weight. He would get mad and that is a battle I don't want so I am focusing on me.
But good luck and hope this helps
I was 115 in.high school... I'm only 143 right now. Plus I'm super active I don't think its too low. I'm short so I look bigger then what I really am. :(
i think 115 is way to low for you if u go to about 125-130 is good. u can never make him do something for him unless hes willing to change himself . i have the same problem , i know i need to lose the weight but i'm too lazy to actually do something about it.
