My husband wants to loose weight but is an EXTREMELY picky eater. The only meat he eats is ground beef(cant stand chicken, pork, fish, even steak) and he hates tofu and most vegan type food. The problem is most diets are all chicken and fish, and the big thing is to stay away from beef pasta and cheese which are his favorites.
Does anyone know how he could diet and loose weight without cutting out the only food he likes to eat? Or know of any diets that you dont have to eat chicken and fish all the time??
