Congrats on day 7!!!!  I can tell you that I still have days when I have no energy...  I think we just have to be patient with our bodies as they are still healing!  We abused them for a long time!!!  Walks help a lot!!!  In my first week I was out with the dog 2-4 times a day just to get some fresh air!!!  Getting back to work helps too even though some days drag by and all you can think about is sleep!!!!  Keep hanging in there!  You are doing a great job!!!!

Sure, it's OK to sleep. Just be aware that it may affect your ability to sleep tonight. Rest is good. Taking that walk will really help as well.

Take care!

Thank you. I don't have anxiety today. Just am tired. Is it ok to try and sleep it off? I'll take my vitamins now and go on a walk after work

Congrats on 7 days! One week down.  Yes, the sluggishness is normal.  You will have ups and downs.  Make sure you are taking vitamins. Also, get yourself outside in the fresh air and take a walk. This will really help.

Stay strong and keep moving forward.  All the best!
