Congrats on your clean time.
Keep moving forward.
You are healing.
Sorry for taking so long to get back to ya but I am proud to say that tomorrow will be a week that I have been off fentanyl it's been hard but I am going to keep trying I will like to thank everyone for there comments I will tell you all a little more about myself when I get to a computer
I was on fentanly for almost two years. I never opened one, but wore the patch.
What you are doing is extremely dangerous. It is like playing Russian Roulette with your life.
People are dying every day for abusing fentanly. Please tell someone and get help. I do not think you will be able to do this on your own. Chewing fentanly or abusing it is extremely dangerous
We're not supposed to do a lot of things...but here we are and you're in good company...
How can we help? Do you need a plan? Advice? A direction? Open up a little bit so we can help. There's a lot of support here so I'm glad you found us.
Oh man. Fentanyl is strong and if you are opening it and getting the liquid out that is not good. And 100-200 MCG is ALOT.
You need to stop. But you have to taper down on fentanyl to do it safely. And even then the wd's are tough
Honestly in this case I'm going to say you need to go to a clinic or rehab etc. Suboxone or monitored detox. Im not sure you can do this yourself.
Please give more info. I've seen this before. I know exactly what you are doing. No judgement. Ever. Just want to help.
Most days I chew 100mcg the weekend I do 200mcg a day, I know that you are not suppose to chew the patches but I do and I hate the life that I now have I am tired
Okay. Try to stick with one thread instead of making a new one whenever you have a question. It helps the members keep track and be helpful. Thanks!
Is it 100-200 mg or mcg?
A few years and I am tired now
Hi- I think the answer is...it may do both. It does work to replace the fent addiction but is addicting unto itself. The trick is to try it, make an after care plan for support, and then taper off of it. Taking Sub should really be a short term plan. Most important would be to have the Sub administered by a trained physician.
I hope that helps. How long have you been taking fentanyl?
