Monthly Roll Call time!!!!!!

Sorry I'm a couple days late everyone!!! Once again it's time for roll call!! For the newer members this is everyone's chance to post your clean time no matter how long it is!!!

This month I want to hear from EVERYONE!!!! Especially the newer members and those just starting on their road to recovery......I feel it's really important to celebrate our successes along the way no matter how long they are.

So.....even if you're 1 day clean lets hear it!!! Congratulations on taking that first step!! Know that you will make it even if it seems impossible. Stay strong everyone!!!

I sure miss being pain free, too, but taking opiates for pain isn't my reality anymore either.

hello my sweet friend Connie,  I am too a nerve pain suffer on top of bone pain and yes i know it does $uck!!!  But to be completely honest no opiates helped my nerve pain, i was on the highest dosage of gabapententin and didn't  receive anything pleasurable from it, actually it effected my eyesight big time, i couldn't see crap taking that.  My nerve pain subsided a bit and i think i just learned how to deal with it.   I agree with you as to see and evualate  how you feel taking NOTHING, and thats where i am at currently.  I am taking nothing i actually CT the AD med Zolfolt just to see where i am at with NOTHING!  And i am happy that i am not taking meds but i sure miss the opiates, and i sure miss being pain free but i know that is not my reality anymore, so i need to learn a new way.  Today i can honestly say i am 35 days clean for the 100th time but i am NOT giving up.....
