I dont have a eating disorder. I just want to be skinny.
I have to ask if you have an eating disorder? Or a distorted perception of your body.
There are many variables in our weight, over a days' time, depending on what we've eaten, our activity level, how long since we used the bathroom, whether or not we might have some fluid retention, etc; fluctuating up or down a few pounds is not a big deal. You should only ever weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after you've used the bathroom; then forget the scale for the rest of the day.
