Day 7 and im soooo sluggish. Yesterday I was full of energy. This is normal right?

How do you find energy to even walk when you can barely move?

I try to make myself do something active when I start to feel bad I know it is hard but it really helps with the time but I do know how hard it is when you hit that certain point but it dose help alot time was my enemy

I just got back from a 20 minute walk. I feel ok

Im glad your walking although its very difficuilt at times to even walk to the toilet.
Gee, i still have bad days and when their bad, i feel exactly like you.

I know it's difficul at this point to just get up. It's great that you went for a walk. I always felt better after getting outside. Keep pushing through this. It will get better.  Keep walking.
