Thank you for reply, I m very glad to hear from u . I checked out the THOMAS RCEIPE and will try to go get some, but I dont have a family doctor at this moment yet and the rehab down here have 250 ppl on the waiting list. I wanna to know why does my stomach act up. like when Im withdrawaling my stomach get this grinding effect and sort of hungry at the same time. But some how i wouldnt able to force my meal down. but the funny thing is as soon I snort a pill, the grinding goes away and my stomach no loner hungry either. Thank you, I really thankful to have supports from you.
You've come to the right place. You sound like a very mature guy with a big heart that is in over his head. Your Mom knows which is great and she sounds like she will be very supportive. Is rehab an option for you? What about going to your family Dr. and laying the cards on the table so you've got additional support? If c/t is your choice there are many things you can do to soften this process. I will not lie, it is not a cakewalk, but many have done it and do it everyday. Look up the thomas recipe on the bottom of the page. Get the supplies as well as some immonium for the tummy issues. Rent some movies, get some protien drinks, sleepytime tea, comfort foods. If your mom or someone can stay with you for a few days, it'd be ideal. This is not hopeless...Keep reminding yourself why your doing this. Make a list to refer to when your mind starts talking crap to you about.....just one pill will help. You'll be fine, just will take time. Others will be along with more advice. You are so young and so wise to do this now.
