Xanax- fact or fiction

If xanax is taken every other day, and never two days in a row, then no -physical- dependence or tolerance will be experienced-  Is this fact or fiction?

If it is fiction, what is the minimum time interval between doses such that no physical addiction or tolerance occurs.

I was very impressed with your fund of pharmaceutical knowledge contained in your f/u post to "Xanax -fact or fiction"  However, that quickly dissipated when I read your last paragraph -- "only an idiot would abuse this tablet"?  NOT cool bro.  Familiarity breeds contempt.
