do female sparos leave the nest after there eggs hatch?

They will leave to collect food for the hatchlings. But both parents feed the young. You should see a lot of activity. In the evening a parent will come back to stay with the young. Depending on the type of sparrow the babies should "fledge" in 10 - 14 days. That is, they will leave the nest.
